We want you to love your Ashnikko merch, but if something isn't right, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and signed items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, stick it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
